The Woodcock Hill Village Green Committee finds the response submission provided by Pegasus Group fails to offer a satisfactory response to alleviate concerns raised by ourselves and other organisations and residents during the initial consultation, thus the Committee maintains its original objection to the proposal for the De-registration of Woodcock Hill Village Green.
In combination with conclusions presented within our previous objection and in the response statement attached and that of many residents and Third Party Organisations to the Applicants proposals, we urge the Secretary of State to make the determination that the existing Village Green should maintain its existing status as Common Land and remain a valuable and well loved asset to the whole community.
